Shipping Policy:
Normally orders will ship out within 2-10 working days, Monday-Friday. Please allow for carrier transit time after order has shipped out and keep in mind that no delivery dates can be guaranteed. Due to the constant change in shipping rates, we reserve the right to adjust shipping. We will notify the customer prior to adjustment. Any orders over 10lbs. please contact Keith Window for shipping rate.
Return Policy:
If for some reason that you are not satisfied with a product, you must e-mail us within 3-5 days from the date that you received the product. You must e-mail us at Keithwindow@gmail.com for return authorization. Customer must provide original receipt. The returned product must be from the original purchaser and purchased directly from Keith Window Company. The product must be in perfect condition, never installed or tampered with, and in the original packaging. Special orders can NOT be returned. All products returned are subject to a $25.00 or 25% restocking fee, whichever is greater. The customer will be responsible for returning the merchandise and the shipping & handling charge. Keith Window Company does NOT accept any requests for an exchange. Any requests for exchanges in parts will have to be a new order.
